Some People believe tha the Strength Stimulation before the Mathces is correct some other that is incorrect.Maradona in 1985 as you can see and in the video made his preparation for the match in the Gym.
My opinion is that the players must put a pre-warm up inside in the changing rooms before the main warm up with(elastic bands,coordination,stretching,exercises with the body weight,m.b etc),with the strength stimulation you win 3 things a:Small quantity (coordination exercises-stretching) and little duration in the main warm up b:The muscles can maximizing more with this stimulation before the matches.c:Injury Prevention
I Propose the Strength Stimulation before the matches , in my team Skoda Xanthi fc, I put 2 years ago strength in my pre-warm up inside in the changing rooms and I am greatly happy with the results .
